Brad Bettinger
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brad Bettinger is a seasoned accounting professional with over 21 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. A licensed CPA in Ohio, Brad brings deep expertise in financial operations, compliance, and business strategy. For the past seven years, he has served as a key leader at Loud & Clear, helping drive growth and efficiency. Known for his integrity and analytical approach, Brad is passionate about delivering accurate, actionable insights that support organizational success.

Scott Young
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Scott returned to Loud & Clear in 2025 as the Director of Operations. He brings nearly 35 years of production experience to L&C, starting in the late 80’s as an aspiring heavy metal drummer, where he got his start with live audio. After a short time playing in bands & doing some studio work in LA & Nashville, he started working more live sound jobs. A love for live production and a steady paycheck led Scott to his almost 30 years as a professional live production technician, with experience in all aspects of live events from carpentry to rigging to running audio and lights for international touring artists, celebrities and CEO's, and even Presidents of the United States. Scott has nearly 25 years of production management experience, including over a decade with Loud & Clear that started in 2002.

Nick Thieme
GENERAL MANAGER
Nick Thieme is the general manager at Loud and Clear with deep roots in live event production. After years on the road as a touring audio engineer, he shifted into operations, bringing hands-on experience and a solid understanding of what it takes to make events run smoothly. With over a decade of personnel management under his belt, Nick knows how to lead teams, solve problems on the fly, and keep productions on track from load-in to load-out. He’s all about clear communication, efficient workflows, and supporting crews behind the scenes—making sure every show delivers, no matter the scale or complexity.

Cole Madley
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Cole serves as a Production Manager at Loud and Clear, where he ensures seamless execution of live events from planning through performance. He holds a degree in Arts Management with a focus in Music from Indiana University, blending technical expertise with a strong foundation in the live events industry. Before joining Loud and Clear, Cole spent 4 years in music retail at Sweetwater Sound, gaining deep insight into gear, technology, and client service. With over 15 years of experience in audio production and recording, his tenure in Music Industry sales opened a door to a new side of the business, Live Production. Cole enjoys curating unique experiences and bringing visions to life to deliver exceptional events that sound as great as they look.

Mason Hutchman
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Mason Hutchman has been with Loud & Clear since 2022. As a Production Manager, Mason handles jobs from concept to completion. He works directly with clients to help their ideas become reality. This includes building quotes, making drawings, site coordination, and ensuring a safe & smooth operation at the event.
Mason is Ohio born and raised. He moved from a small town in NE Ohio to Cincinnati to attend the University of Cincinnati for Construction Management. Although his professional career began in the construction industry, he quickly realized his experience in that realm could translate well to the Live Entertainment industry. He made the switch because he believes in the power of live music.

Kyle Weimer
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Kyle Weimer joined Loud & Clear in early 2023 as a Production Manager, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a passion for live events. He holds a Master’s Degree in Media and Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, both from Bowling Green State University—blending creative insight with technical know-how. Before joining the team, Kyle worked as a Post Production Manager at Dotdash Meredith, where he led content workflows and collaborated across teams to bring branded projects to life. With experience spanning both media production and live event environments, Kyle thrives on turning creative vision into real-world experiences.

Jason Ramsey
LOGISTICS MANAGER
Jason Ramsey began his career in the trucking industry in 2011, progressing from straight truck operations to earning his Class A CDL and driving over 750,000 accident-free miles across local, regional, and over-the-road routes. As a lead driver and nationally certified Smith System trainer, he has guided and mentored drivers in safe, professional practices. Now serving as Logistics & Transportation Manager at Loud & Clear, Jason is committed to running a safe, compliant, and efficient operation while fostering a culture of respect for drivers. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, coaching youth baseball, and playing drums in a music project.

Carter Hicks
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Carter Hicks is the Warehouse Manager at Loud and Clear. His experience in this industry includes over eight years of Operations/Warehouse management in the retail side of the music industry, and nearly two decades of experience as a professional, performing musician. Since joining the Loud and Clear team in January of 2024, Carter has been able to utilize his knowledge of the entertainment industry, and his experience in warehouse management to facilitate a continued growth in all aspects of the warehouse, including, but not limited to: cleanliness, organization of products, safety protocols, repair procedures, accurate inventory counts, time efficiency in the prep/ship/return procedures of all orders, and implementing a positive mental attitude along with a culture of accountability in the warehouse.

Steve Lagemann
STAGING & STRUCTURES DEPARTMENT HEAD
Steve Lagemann brings over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Beginning his career as a professional touring vocalist, Steve transitioned into production, founding his own lighting company in the mid-1980s. He joined Loud and Clear in 1993, taking on roles including Head of the Lighting Department and Vice President. For over a decade, Steve has led the deployment of major roof systems such as the Super Z and HD. Known for his charisma, tireless work ethic, and sharp wit, Steve consistently transforms complex challenges into successful outcomes.

Addam Evans
AUDIO DEPARTMENT HEAD
Addam Evans joined Loud and Clear in May 2018 and quickly advanced to become Head of the Audio Department in 2020.
A graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Music Production and minors in Music and History, Addam built his foundation by working at nearly every live music venue within 50 miles of Athens, Ohio during his college years. His hands-on experience and passion for live sound continue to drive his commitment to excellence in every production.
When he's not behind the console, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their two daughters, and an ever-growing collection of pets.

Caleb Russell
LIGHTING DEPARTMENT HEAD
Caleb Russell was a lighting contractor with Loud and Clear for 3 years before coming on as the lighting department lead at the start of 2026.
He is a graduate from Centerville High School's technical theatre CTE program and received his BA in Theatre and Arts Management from Miami Oxford University.
In addition to contracting, Caleb worked as the technical director and lighting designer for a large national dance tour between 2022 and 2025. He also has an extensive background in lighting design for theatre and stage productions. He is passionate about utilizing these skills to educate and inspire the next generation of technicians; working closely with local educational theatre programs to create career paths into the entertainment tech industry for students.
When not working, Caleb enjoys 3D printing, kayaking, singing, and spending time with his partner and six cats.

Corey Willard
VIDEO DEPARTMENT HEAD
Corey Willard leads the video department at Loud and Clear, bringing over five years of dedicated experience to the role. With a dual Bachelor's degree in Theatre Technology and Media Broadcasting from Northern Kentucky University, Corey has been instrumental in designing and implementing advanced LED video walls. His expertise extends to coordinating video for major music festivals, including Voices of America, Louder than Life, and Monsters of Rock Cruise, as well as productions for renowned artists like The Who, Dave Chappelle, and Snoop Dogg. Corey is committed to the continued growth and innovation of Loud and Clear's video division.
